Hand on Heart Day, 22 January 2008 (the first full moon of the new year) is on the day that marks the end of the Ah-Shan Point. The Ah-Shan Point is the stillpoint or pause between the masculine outbreath and the feminine inbreath of Creation. It started at the full moon on 26 October 2007 and lasts to 22 January 2008. This information has been brought forward by Shabdan, a healer and teacher who is an incarnation of Lord Anju, Keeper of the Keys of Creation.

During Ah-Shan, everyone on Earth has had Divine Gateways open in their energy fields, including one in the heart chakra, to enable swift and easy healing and clearing (see below to find out how). This is leading to a substantial shift in the Earth's energy. On Hand on Heart Day, we have the opportunity to gather as lightworkers and choose that these gates remain open beyond the end of Ah-Shan. If we can assemble enough people worldwide - through the internet or in person - we can all contribute to keeping the Ah-Shan Divine Gateways open for longer to enable everyone on Earth to continue healing and clearing at this wonderful accelerated pace. This will be called The Ah-Shan Shift. Shabdan is developing music, together with Spirit, that can help us to raise our vibration at this special time, and some of it will be played at the events relating to 22 January.

According to Shabdan, Hand on Heart signifies a time to put our hands on our hearts and connect with the deep wisdom within. It is a time to stand up and be counted, a time to say: "I choose to work with others for the greater good and for the healing of our planet". This is a time for healing ourselves and the Earth. He believes the Earth to be the heart chakra of this universe, so that our continued work towards the unblocking of the Earth's energies will eventually bring about a great unfolding and releasing across the universe and in Creation. As a very wise friend pointed out, we can place our hands on our hearts to connect with the Ah-Shan Divine Gateways in our heart chakras and at the same time place a hand on the Earth to transmit healing. When we do this together with a common intention and in cooperation with the ascended realms, we can achieve wonderful shifts that will benefit all.

On 22 January we will open a world Divine Gateway to work through, and link round the Earth with hands on hearts to share healing for the highest good. We will do some major Earth healing to clear blocks that anchor many of us in the third dimension, and we will listen to some of the new music inspired by spirit and the angels to open our chakras and help them to resonate at the level of the 5th dimension (the full suite of 5th dimensional chakra of music is still being prepared and will be available as a CD in the spring).

How to Heal with the Divine Gates

Please use this time to heal deeply for yourself. You can use the Divine Gates that have opened in your heart to help you in an unprecedented way.

Ground and centre yourself, and place your attention on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest. Go into your heart chakra with your intention. Feel the softness there and take your attention inside it. As you relax more deeply, feel the softness deepening. Go inside that soft feeling in your heart until you can sense the Divine Gates. They appear as bright silvery-white light. They have a tingly sensation. Whatever you see or feel, simply use your intention to take you there. Once you sense the Gates, use your intention to focus them on any healing issue, pain, emotion, entity and so on that you wish to clear. As the Gates align to this place, they will transform the energy almost immediately. It will feel as if the Gates are vacuuming up the energy as all of Creation is aligned from Source right into the Earth and bending its will to help you. With some aspects of your healing the blockage is in layers, Be patient with the work that is taking place and continue to use the Gates to clear all of the layers before you release your attention.
